Everlywell has partnered with Waters Corporation to expand access to at-home cervical cancer screening through the Onclarity human papillomavirus (HPV) Self-Collection Kit, with samples tested using the BD Onclarity HPV Assay.
The partnership is aimed at helping health plans improve cervical cancer screening rates among eligible members, particularly those who are overdue for recommended screening.
Under the programme, members can collect a sample at home and return it to a Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA)-certified laboratory for testing. Results are delivered through the Everlywell platform, with telehealth consultations available for clinical follow-up. Members with abnormal results can be referred for in-person evaluation.

Everlywell said it is among the first companies to offer an FDA-cleared at-home HPV testing solution in response to the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Measurement Year 2026 update.
The company said improving the cervical cancer screening–electronic clinical data systems (CCS-E) measure can be challenging because conventional screening generally requires an in-person visit.
The new service is designed to connect at-home screening with established care pathways and enable health plans to address CCS-E care gaps ahead of updated federal preventive-services guidance expected to take effect in 2027.
The BD Onclarity HPV Assay detects 14 high-risk HPV genotypes, including six individual genotypes and three groups of pooled results, providing information relevant to cervical cancer risk assessment.
Everlywell also provides testing and virtual care services across areas including cancer screening, cardiometabolic health, fertility, hormones, sexual health and thyroid biomarkers.
