AI-enabled women’s digital clinic brings in-person consultations to complement app-led care after serving over 400,000 women across India
Pinky Promise, India’s first AI-enabled women’s digital clinic, has launched its first physical clinic in Mumbai, marking its entry into offline care and expanding its integrated women’s healthcare model.
The move comes after the company served more than 400,000 women across every district in India through its mobile platform. With the new clinic, Pinky Promise aims to combine the scale and accessibility of digital care with the trust and comfort of in-person consultations.
Designed as a “by women, for women” care space, the clinic feels warm, safe and inclusive, departing from the often intimidating atmosphere of traditional healthcare settings. The company said the space was created from a patient-first perspective, emphasizing comfort, dignity and emotional safety.
Speaking on the launch, Divya Balaji Kamerkar, CEO and Co-Founder of Pinky Promise, said the company wanted to place women at the centre of every healthcare decision and create a clinic environment where patients feel respected and genuinely cared for, whether online or offline.
The clinic’s care model focuses on empathetic consultations, judgment-free interactions and evidence-based medicine, ensuring only necessary tests and treatments are recommended. It also integrates closely with the Pinky Promise app, enabling post-visit follow-ups, continuous medical guidance and long-term continuity of care.
The company said its broader vision is to address women’s health needs beyond pregnancy, covering health, well-being and productivity across every life stage.
Backed by Rebalance Angels Collective and marquee angel investors, Pinky Promise has raised USD 1 million to scale its women’s healthcare platform across both digital and physical touchpoints.
