Koramangala centre combines physician-led care, rehabilitation, nutrition, diagnostics and home-based support for adults aged 50 and above; company plans expansion to Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi by 2028
Praan Health, a continuous care platform focused on adults aged 50 and above, has launched its first integrated healthcare facility, The Fifty+ Clinic, in Koramangala, Bengaluru, marking its expansion from a home-based chronic care provider into a hybrid healthcare network.
The clinic brings together physicians, physiotherapists, nutritionists and strength specialists under one roof to provide coordinated care for chronic disease management, pain care, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, supervised strength training, diagnostics and pharmacy services. The centre is integrated with Praan Health's digital platform to ensure continuity of care at home.
According to Praan Health, older adults in India typically live with nearly three chronic health conditions, highlighting the need for integrated care instead of fragmented treatment. The company estimates that more than 60 million Indians over 50 live with osteoporosis, while over 50 million are affected by osteoarthritis.
Women are disproportionately impacted, with more than half of Indian women above 50 not meeting recommended physical activity levels and around 22% living with obesity, factors that increase the risk of frailty and reduced mobility.
