Project Serotonin launches tenth-generation preventive health platform and precision health OS

Platform integrates genomics, biomarkers, wearables and clinical data to help hospitals and healthcare networks deliver continuous, personalised preventive care at scale


Project Serotonin has announced the launch of its tenth-generation Preventive Health Platform and Precision Health OS, designed to help hospitals, multispecialty healthcare institutions, clinic networks and longevity centres deliver personalised preventive care at scale.

The platform brings together fragmented health information, including diagnostics, genomics, blood biomarkers, wearable data, clinical records and practitioner insights, into a unified model designed to support risk assessment, personalised interventions and measurable health outcomes.

According to Project Serotonin, the platform is intended to complement existing healthcare infrastructure rather than replace established clinical pathways. It provides healthcare institutions with a structured prevention layer covering risk stratification, protocol development, patient engagement, monitoring and behaviour change, while allowing clinicians to continue working within their existing systems and practices.

The launch comes against the backdrop of a growing global burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). The World Health Organization estimates that NCDs account for nearly 75 percent of deaths globally. In India, NCDs often occur at a younger age than in developed countries, while the prevalence of multimorbidity has risen significantly over the past three decades.

A recent EY-FICCI assessment has indicated that appropriate preventive interventions could potentially reduce hospitalisations by 20 to 30 percent, highlighting the growing importance of prevention-focused healthcare models.

Project Serotonin said advances in genomics, biomarkers, imaging, wearable technologies and artificial intelligence have generated unprecedented volumes of health data. However, these datasets are frequently used independently, limiting the ability of healthcare providers to develop a continuous, longitudinal view of an individual's health.

The intelligence generated through the Precision Health OS is translated into the SRTN Precision Daily Operating System (SRTN-pDOS), an individualised care framework designed to convert complex health information into structured, practitioner-guided protocols.

According to the company, the protocols are informed by an evidence base comprising more than 44,000 stratified clinical studies and have been further refined through real-world pilots. Recommendations are delivered through the SRTN App and supported by care concierge teams and health coaches to help individuals maintain adherence over the long term.
