The platform is designed to move consumers away from product-led skincare and trial-and-error recommendations towards a more personalised, diagnosis-led approach
Puresta Lifestyle Private Limited has launched EVERQ, an AI-powered skin-health platform that combines skin assessment, dermatologist consultations, personalised treatment and ongoing skincare into a connected consumer journey.
Built around the philosophy “Diagnose First. Then Treat,” EVERQ is designed to move consumers away from product-led skincare and trial-and-error recommendations towards a more personalised, diagnosis-led approach.
“India doesn’t have a skincare discovery problem. It has a diagnosis problem. Consumers have thousands of products and millions of recommendations, but very little clarity on what their skin actually needs,” said Hitaysh Dhingraa, Co-Founder & CEO, Puresta. “We built EVERQ around a simple philosophy — Diagnose First. Then Treat. AI helps us understand consumers and their skin at scale, dermatologists bring clinical judgement, and our ecosystem helps take that care from assessment through treatment and ongoing skincare.”
Consumers can start with an AI-led skin assessment that identifies visible concerns and creates an initial skin profile. Where required, they can subsequently consult a dermatologist for clinical evaluation and a personalised treatment plan. The journey can then extend to treatment, product delivery, follow-ups and maintenance skincare.
At the centre of EVERQ is AI Care Expert, a digital care companion designed to support consumers throughout their skincare journey. It helps users understand and follow their regimen, monitor progress and maintain continuity across interactions.
EVERQ is part of Puresta’s integrated skin-health ecosystem, alongside SKINQ Rx and SKINQ. While EVERQ connects AI-led assessment with dermatologist-led care, SKINQ Rx provides targeted treatment solutions based on consultations and SKINQ focuses on everyday and maintenance skincare.
The ecosystem is structured around three stages of skin health: understand the concern, treat it and maintain the outcome.
Puresta said EVERQ is being developed with a focus on Indian and melanin-rich skin, particularly concerns such as pigmentation, acne, sensitivity and post-inflammatory marks. The company combines technology, dermatological expertise and data-led formulation to develop personalised skin-health solutions.
The platform also seeks to extend access to dermatologist-led skincare beyond India's largest cities through a digital-first model, potentially reducing geographical barriers to professional skincare.
