Healthcare operations veteran with over 23 years of experience to lead key initiatives across South India


Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospital has appointed Karthikeyan V. as Senior Vice President – Operations, strengthening its leadership team to drive operational excellence and regional expansion across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Karthikeyan brings more than 23 years of experience in healthcare operations, business transformation, and network scaling. In his new role, he will oversee operational strategy, governance, and patient experience initiatives for Maxivision’s southern region operations.

Before joining Maxivision, Karthikeyan held senior leadership positions at Lifenity and Lifenity International Healthcare Services, UK, where he led several healthcare transformation projects, including Maharashtra’s Mahadialysis Program. 

Earlier, during his tenure at Vasan Eye & Multispeciality UAE, he played a pivotal role in expanding the network from two centres to more than 196 centres globally. He has also worked with ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and ICICI Bank.

The appointment comes as Maxivision continues to focus on strengthening operational efficiency, expanding access to specialised eye care services, and enhancing patient-centric healthcare delivery across key markets in South India.
