Cipla Limited has announced it is acquiring a 100% stake in the paediatric and wellness-focused firm Inzpera Healthsciences Limited for a total purchase consideration of approximately Rs. 110.65 crore.
The acquisition is a strategic move aimed at combining Inzpera’s extensive portfolio of paediatric pharmaceutical and wellness products with the company’s strong distribution network and operational capabilities to drive growth and scalability.
Inzpera, established in 2016, and is engaged in the business of developing, manufacturing and marketing of differentiated paediatric pharmaceutical and wellness products and had a turnover of Rs. 26.75 crore in the financial year 2024-25. Following the transaction, Inzpera's current parent company, Tata Industries, will no longer be involved in the business.
The transaction is expected to be completed within one month from the signing of the definitive agreements.
