CordenPharma Colorado, a leading peptide drug substance CDMO, is expanding its Boulder footprint with a 64,000-square-foot lease at 5505 Central, the first purpose-built speculative lab building at BioMed Realty’s Flatiron Park campus. 

 

The facility sits adjacent to CordenPharma’s existing operations, cementing the site as a hub for peptide development and advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing.

 

The new LEED Gold-certified building will serve as CordenPharma Colorado’s sole tenant, hosting process development and analytical services that integrate seamlessly with large-scale peptide API production. The move positions the Boulder lab as a key node in CordenPharma’s growing global network spanning Europe and the U.S.
