KIMS Hospitals crosses Rs. 1,000 crore quarterly revenue milestone

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS Hospitals) has achieved a major financial milestone, reporting quarterly revenue exceeding Rs. 1,000 crore for Q3 FY26. The Board of Directors approved the financial results for the period ending 31st December 2025, highlighting robust growth across operations.
Total revenue reached Rs. 1,003 crore, up 26.9% YoY and 3.9% QoQ. EBITDA stood at Rs. 204 crore, with a slight decline of 0.4% YoY and 2% QoQ, impacted by newer units launched in the past 9–12 months. EBITDA margin settled at 20.4%, down from 25.9% in Q3 FY25.
Similarly, PAT came in at Rs. 52 crore, against Rs. 93 crore and Rs. 72 crore in Q3 FY25 and Q2 FY26 respectively. Consolidated EPS was INR 1.3, reflecting a 39.9% YoY decline and 20.1% QoQ decrease. Cash and cash equivalents totaled Rs. 206 crore as of 31st December 2025.
Operational performance also showed strength: ARPOB rose 20.5% YoY and 10.3% QoQ, while ARPP increased 13.9% YoY and 9% QoQ.
On clinical milestones, KIMS Hospitals reported numerous life-saving procedures across its network.
I. KIMS Sitammadhara, Vizag, a 10-year-old boy was successfully treated for a rare disorder, Achalasia Cardia, through POEM (Per Oral Endoscopic Myotomy). A daily wage worker also survived a life-threatening arm injury thanks to emergency bypass surgery.
In Secunderabad, a 27-year-old nurse from Zambia with Acute Myeloid Leukemia underwent a successful stem cell transplant after surviving multiple cardiac arrests in the hospital.
Commenting on the results, Dr B Bhaskar Rao, CMD, KIMS Hospitals, said: "The third quarter has seen a lot of progress for us. We have seen patient footfalls steadily increasing at all our centers. I am particularly pleased to see both our Bangalore units and Thane unit steadily ramping up on clinical and non-clinical parameters. I am optimistic that we are on course to have a healthy closure to FY 26."
