The company shall process the change of name application with BSE Ltd. in due course
The Office of the Central Processing Centre, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has approved the change of name of the company from Remedium Lifecare Limited to Supha Pharmachem Limited from December 15, 2025.
Due changes reflecting the aforesaid change of name of the company in all records and documents of the Company will be appropriately carried out in due course.
Further, the company shall process the change of name application with BSE Ltd. in due course.
