Aragen Life Sciences has elevated Pavan Kumar Kamarajugadda to the position of Senior Director, recognizing his longstanding contributions to the organization and nearly 16 years of leadership in scientific research and drug discovery.
The promotion marks another milestone in Kamarajugadda’s journey with Aragen, which began in 2010 when he joined the company as a Scientist.
Over the years, he has steadily progressed through a series of leadership positions, including Senior Scientist, Principal Scientific Manager, Associate Director, and Director, playing a key role in strengthening the company’s scientific and research capabilities.
Before joining Aragen, Kamarajugadda developed a strong academic and international research background through post-doctoral assignments at Faculté de Saint-Jérôme, Ecole Centrale Marseille under CNRS (Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique) and at Université de Bourgogne in France.
Kamarajugadda earned his Ph.D. from the University of Hyderabad, specializing in organophosphorus chemistry, a field with significant applications in pharmaceuticals and advanced chemical research.
Over the course of his career at Aragen, Kamarajugadda has contributed to multiple research programs, scientific collaborations, and capability-building initiatives, helping strengthen the company's position as a global contract research, development, and manufacturing organization (CRDMO).
