With nearly two decades of experience, Dr. Damma brings extensive expertise in laboratory management, environmental testing, regulatory compliance, ESG initiatives, and operational excellence.
Dr. Srinivasa Rao Damma has been appointed as General Manager at Vimta Labs Ltd., where he will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational excellence, strengthening service capabilities, and supporting the company's long-term growth strategy.
With nearly two decades of experience in environmental sciences, analytical research, laboratory operations, and business leadership, Dr. Damma brings extensive expertise in laboratory management, environmental testing, regulatory compliance, ESG initiatives, and operational excellence.
Prior to rejoining Vimta Labs in this leadership role, he spent nearly 14 years at Netel (India) Pvt. Ltd., where he held key positions including National Operations Manager and Head of Operations.
During his tenure, he was responsible for overseeing PAN-India operations, driving business growth, managing profit and loss, and strengthening operational performance across the organization.
Earlier in his career, he served as Environment Manager at SS Environics (I) Pvt. Ltd. and began his professional journey at Vimta Labs as an Analytical Scientist, where he built a strong foundation in environmental analysis, quality systems, and scientific research.
Dr. Damma's appointment reflects Vimta Labs' confidence in his proven leadership, technical expertise, and extensive industry experience as the company continues to expand its analytical testing and laboratory services portfolio.
