Kaushik Deb elevated to Vice President at Mankind Pharma

Seasoned pharma leader recognized for driving sales excellence, marketing strategy, and business growth

Mankind Pharma Limited has elevated Kaushik Deb to the position of Vice President, recognizing his significant contributions to the company’s commercial growth and his leadership across sales, marketing, market planning, and business development functions.

In his new role, Deb will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening Mankind Pharma’s market presence, accelerating business growth, and enhancing commercial performance across key therapeutic segments.

Prior to this elevation, he served as Associate Vice President at Mankind Pharma, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s sales and marketing objectives and contributing to its continued expansion in the highly competitive pharmaceutical market.

Before joining Mankind Pharma, Deb held leadership positions at Alkem Laboratories Ltd., including Sales and Marketing Specialist and National Sales Manager. 

During his tenure, he developed extensive expertise in sales leadership, market strategy, team management, and commercial execution, helping drive business performance across multiple markets.
