Brenntag will supply Food & Nutrition customers in the United States and Canada with Lallemand’s renowned Nutrilife baking enzyme range


Brenntag, the global leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution, has announced the expansion of its exclusive collaboration with Lallemand Bio-Ingredients Food Enzymes into North America. Under this new agreement, Brenntag will supply Food & Nutrition customers in the United States and Canada with Lallemand’s renowned Nutrilife baking enzyme range.

This builds on the successful partnership launched in Europe in 2024 and marks a significant step forward in supporting the North American baking industry with advanced enzyme solutions. Lallemand’s Nutrilife range is recognized for its ease of use, exceptional performance, and formulation flexibility, offering clean-label, sustainable innovations for baking, plant-based foods, and other functional food systems.
