Cupid Limited, a global leader in wellness and public health products, has announced that it has secured the highest allocation share in South Africa’s five-year (2025–2030) national procurement program for Female Condoms (FC) and Male Condoms (MC). The procurement process is expected to begin in December 2025.

Under this national program, Cupid has been allocated approximately 23.4 million units of female condoms per year, representing a 59 per cent share of the 40 million units distributed annually among all suppliers. For Male Condoms, the company has received an allocation of 0.77 million boxes per year, equivalent to 153 million pieces across various product variants.

This allocation translates into significant financial visibility for Cupid, with an annual indicative value of US$ 12.98 million (approximately Rs. 115 crore)—comprising US$ 8.89 million (Rs. 79 crore) from female condoms and US$ 4.09 million (Rs. 36 crore) from male condoms.

Cupid is well-prepared to meet the supply requirements and has already initiated coordination with approved distributors in South Africa to ensure smooth and phased deliveries beginning in December 2025. The company is finalizing local packaging and labeling, including flavor variants as per tender specifications—Female Condoms in Strawberry, Vanilla, and Caramel, and Male Condoms in Vanilla, Banana, Grape, and Strawberry. Production scheduling, quality assurance processes, and logistics plans are being aligned to guarantee uninterrupted supply throughout FY26 and beyond.

Commenting on the achievement, Aditya Kumar Halwasiya, Chairman and Managing Director of Cupid Limited, said: “These allocations place Cupid at the forefront of South Africa’s national prevention program. We are working closely with our partners and the public health system to ensure a seamless rollout from December 2025 and consistent supplies thereafter. This milestone marks the highest-ever multi-year visibility for Cupid and validates our commitment to quality and reliability. The outcome will significantly strengthen our international order pipeline and position us to surpass our previously stated annual guidance. We sincerely thank the South African authorities for their trust in Cupid, and we remain dedicated to upholding their confidence through consistent performance and service excellence.”
