Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospitals has appointed Surya K as Group Head – Medical Affairs and Quality. 

In her new role, she will spearhead medical governance, quality assurance, accreditation frameworks, and clinical excellence initiatives across the hospital network’s pan-India operations.

With close to two decades of experience in healthcare quality systems, patient safety, operational governance, and accreditation excellence, Surya brings deep domain expertise to the role. Before joining Maxivision, she served as Senior Quality Assurance Manager at MGM Healthcare and previously held leadership positions at Gleneagles Hospitals, MIOT International, Kauvery Hospital, Parvathy Hospital, and Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital.

In addition to her hospital leadership experience, she has also driven healthcare quality transformation and accreditation initiatives through consulting assignments with QQuantum Management Services and HOSMAC India Pvt. Ltd.. Her expertise spans NABH, JCI, NABL, clinical governance, infection control, healthcare operations, and process excellence.
