Merck, a leading science and technology company, has appointed Sakshi Yadav as Head of Process Solutions, India, effective August 1, 2026.

In her new role, Yadav will lead Merck's Process Solutions business in India, focusing on accelerating strategic growth, strengthening customer partnerships and supporting the country's rapidly expanding biopharmaceutical manufacturing ecosystem.

Yadav brings more than two decades of experience in the life sciences industry and has built a strong track record in driving business growth, leading organizational transformation and fostering customer-centric, high-performing teams.
