Leadership transition strengthens Redcliffe Labs’ focus on scaling technology-led diagnostics, operational excellence, and preventive healthcare access
Redcliffe Labs has announced the appointment of Gaurav Jain as Chief Operating Officer (COO), marking a key leadership move as the diagnostics company expands its technology-driven and consumer-focused healthcare ecosystem across India.
Gaurav Jain joined Redcliffe Labs in November 2021 as Senior Vice President and Head of Growth and has since led multiple strategic and operational functions across the organisation. Over the years, he has played a significant role in scaling the company’s home-collection phlebotomy network, strengthening field operations, integrating logistics, and improving operational efficiency across supply chain and lab operations.
He also led the online business P&L as Chief Business Officer, focusing on execution, cost efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. In addition, he contributed to the development of AI-powered post-report consultation and personalised diet solutions as part of the company’s “Care Beyond Reports” initiative.
In his new role, Jain will work closely with Sonal Saxena and Gurpreet Kaur Malik to further strengthen clinical excellence, diagnostic accuracy, operational standardisation, and quality systems across Redcliffe Labs’ network.
Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO of Redcliffe Labs, said, “Gaurav’s journey is a strong reflection of that belief. From driving growth initiatives to strengthening field operations, supply chain, and lab efficiency, he has consistently taken ownership of critical business functions and delivered impact at scale. This is a well-deserved recognition of his contribution, and I am confident that in this role, he will further strengthen our systems, operational excellence, and customer-first approach as we move into our next phase of growth.”
Speaking on his new role, Gaurav Jain said, “My journey at Redcliffe over the last five years has been both professionally and personally transformational. What makes it special is not just the scale we’ve built, but the impact we’ve been able to create - touching over one crore lives across the country.”
