Shailesh Pednekar has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer – International Business at Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV), a Mankind Group company.

In his new role, Pednekar will spearhead BSV's international business operations, driving global growth strategy, strengthening market presence, and expanding the company's footprint across key international markets.

With more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, he brings extensive expertise in international business development, commercial strategy, market expansion, and global operations.

Prior to joining BSV, Pednekar held senior leadership positions at Macleods Pharmaceuticals, Hetero Drugs, Ranbaxy, and Cipla, where he played a pivotal role in building and expanding international businesses across multiple geographies.

His appointment reflects BSV's continued focus on accelerating its global growth ambitions and strengthening its presence in international pharmaceutical markets.
