Brenntag Pharma has entered into an exclusive distribution partnership with Indovinya Belgium N.V., part of Indorama Ventures, to supply Oxipurity polyethylene glycols (Macrogols) and polysorbates across eight European markets.
The agreement covers France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Norway, expanding Brenntag’s pharmaceutical excipient portfolio and strengthening its reach in key formulation markets.
Under the deal, Brenntag will distribute Indovinya’s Oxipurity 4000 polyethylene glycol products and Oxipurity 7080 polysorbate for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications. The ingredients are widely used in tablets, hard and soft capsules, oral liquids, topical formulations and suppositories.
Indovinya brings manufacturing expertise in non-ionic surfactants and a strong quality and regulatory framework. Its Oxipurity 4000 PEG portfolio is manufactured under EXCiPACT GMP certification and complies with European and U.S. pharmacopoeial standards. Oxipurity 7080 is produced in line with ANVISA and IPEC-PQG Good Manufacturing Practices and also complies with EP and USP requirements.

The partnership is also aimed at giving European formulators greater access to consistent supplies of pharmaceutical-grade excipients while supporting new formulation and nutraceutical projects.

The agreement marks another step by both companies to deepen their presence in Europe’s pharmaceutical and nutraceutical ingredient markets, with Brenntag’s distribution network providing the regional reach and Indovinya supplying its Oxipurity excipient portfolio.
