Apexon partners with AWS to accelerate Agentic AI adoption in healthcare and life-sciences

Partnership combines Apexon's agentic AI platforms and cloud modernization tools with AWS infrastructure to accelerate AI deployment, clinical innovation, and digital transformation across healthcare and life sciences

Apexon, an AI-first technology services company focused on engineering intelligent enterprises, has entered into a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate the deployment of agentic AI, cloud-native modernization, and digital engineering solutions for healthcare and life sciences organizations.

As an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner with Life Sciences and Migration Competencies, Apexon will combine its proprietary AI and cloud modernization platforms with AWS's healthcare-focused cloud infrastructure to help organizations operationalize AI at scale and modernize legacy systems.

The collaboration builds on more than 100 successful AWS engagements and integrates Apexon's AgentRise agentic AI platform along with its CloudAlpha, PlatformAlpha, TransformAlpha, and Genysys accelerators.

These solutions will be deployed on AWS technologies including Amazon HealthLake, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon SageMaker to support AI-driven transformation across clinical, commercial, and operational functions.

The combined offering will enable healthcare and life sciences organizations to accelerate cloud migration, deploy production-grade AI agents, and operate AI, engineering, and infrastructure services through a unified delivery model.

The initiative will focus on six priority areas within healthcare and life sciences including Research and Development: Accelerating drug discovery and compound analysis through AI-enabled workflows; Clinical Trials: Streamlining trial operations and reducing clinical document drafting timelines; Commercial and Medical Affairs: Equipping field teams with AI-powered intelligence and insights,; Manufacturing and Supply Chain: Supporting self-healing manufacturing processes through real-time monitoring and response; Enterprise IT: Automating regulatory documentation workflows and modernizing core systems; and Healthcare Modernization: Transforming legacy healthcare infrastructure into cloud-native, AI-ready environments.

Justin Marcucci, President of Apexon, said, “While enterprises have largely begun to solve for AI strategy, the overwhelming gap that remains is scaled AI delivery: getting from a compelling use case to a system that runs in production, integrates with live data, adapts to the realities of the business, and compounds in value over time.”

“In healthcare and lifesciences, that gap has real consequences for drug discovery timelines, clinical operations, and patient outcomes. This strategic collaboration agreement with AWS gives us the infrastructure depth and the service ecosystem to close that gap for our clients, at a scale that changes what is possible for them,” he added.
