Fortis Healthcare has signed an Operations and Management (O&M) agreement with Dion Group to establish a 300-bed greenfield multi-specialty hospital at Dion Riverside Township in Trishulia, Cuttack, marking the healthcare provider's first major foray into Odisha.

The upcoming hospital, strategically located along the rapidly developing Cuttack-Bhubaneswar corridor, is expected to emerge as a key tertiary care destination for Odisha and neighbouring states. 

The facility will offer comprehensive tertiary and quaternary care services supported by advanced diagnostics, critical care infrastructure, and specialised clinical programmes.

Dion Group, one of Odisha's leading real estate and infrastructure developers headquartered in Bhubaneswar, has built a strong presence through residential, commercial, and integrated township projects and is now expanding into healthcare infrastructure.

The partnership aligns with Fortis Healthcare's strategy to strengthen its national footprint through a combination of brownfield expansion, inorganic growth, and asset-light models, including operations and management agreements.
