In a filing to BSE and NSE dated August 26, 2026, KIMS responded to an article published by Dealstreetasia.com on August 25, 2026, titled "ChrysCapital-backed KIMS in talks to acquire stake in Renova Hospitals for $52 Million."

The company stated that the report's contents are "completely false, baseless, and factually incorrect."

KIMS confirmed that, as of the date of the filing, it has neither entered into any agreement or memorandum of understanding (MoU) nor engaged in any discussions of the kind alleged in the report.

The company asked that the clarification be taken on record and that the speculation in the article be disregarded.
