Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mumbai, has launched a dedicated Cancer Helpline to provide patients and their families with timely guidance and support throughout the cancer care journey.

Available via Call and WhatsApp at +91 82911 70000, the helpline offers a single point of access for patients seeking information on treatment options, specialist consultations, nutrition, emotional well-being and the next steps following a cancer diagnosis.

The initiative is supported by Nanavati Max’s multidisciplinary Oncology Department, comprising specialists in Head & Neck, Gastrointestinal (GI), Thoracic, Breast, Orthopaedic Oncology, Precision Oncology and Medical Oncology.

The team will help patients connect with appropriate specialists and personalised treatment pathways based on their individual requirements.

Dr. Ganesh Nagarajan, Vice Chairman – HPB & GI Surgery and Lead – Growth & Strategy, Oncology, Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mumbai, said the helpline is intended to provide patients with a trusted starting point at a time when a cancer diagnosis can often create uncertainty and anxiety.

The hospital said the initiative aims to simplify access to cancer-care services and ensure that patients and caregivers receive relevant guidance at critical stages of their treatment journey.
