TARC Tripundra launches in-community medical facility with Fortis Gurugram

On-site medical room brings preventive care, routine consultations, and diagnostics closer to residents

TARC Limited, a luxury real estate developer in Delhi-NCR, has launched a dedicated on-site Medical Room at its residential project TARC Tripundra, in collaboration with Fortis Hospital Gurugram, marking World Health Day with a stronger focus on community-based preventive healthcare.

The residential development, now ready for handover and in the move-in phase, will offer residents routine health check-ups, basic diagnostics, and consultations with medical professionals within the premises, reducing the need for external hospital visits for primary healthcare needs.

The initiative reflects TARC’s broader focus on holistic and future-ready living environments, where wellness infrastructure is embedded into the residential ecosystem as an everyday convenience rather than an external service.

The facility was inaugurated by Dr Anuj Chawla, Senior Director, Orthopaedics, and Dr. Saurabh Bansal, Additional Director, Neurology, followed by curated health talks, medical check-ups, and consultations for TARC Tripundra customers, allowing residents to experience the facility first-hand.

Commenting on the collaboration, Muskaan Sarin, Director and CBO, TARC Limited, said: “Luxury today is increasingly defined by how well a living environment supports the health and well-being of its customers. We see homes as ecosystems that must evolve with changing lifestyle priorities. The introduction of the Medical Room at TARC Tripundra, in collaboration with Fortis Hospital, is a step toward embedding preventive healthcare into everyday living. It is about making well-being accessible, immediate, and integral to the residential experience.”

Echoing the preventive healthcare theme, Yash Rawat, Senior Vice President and SBU Head, Fortis Hospital Gurugram, said: “As healthcare needs continue to evolve, the focus is steadily shifting from reactive treatment to early intervention and preventive care. At Fortis Hospital Gurugram, we believe that bringing essential medical services closer to where people live is key to improving long-term health outcomes. Our collaboration with TARC Tripundra reflects this vision—extending trusted clinical expertise into a residential setting where timely consultations, regular health monitoring, and preventive awareness become part of everyday life.”
