Ami Organics increases its stake by 1%

Ami Organics recently announced contract with global MNC for manufacturing of electrolyte for battery cells

AMI Organics promoters have bought stocks worth Rs. 42 crore.

In two different transactions at share price around Rs 1,164. Increased stake in company by almost 1%. This is on the back of big hangover of selling from shareholder Girish Chavotia which is over.

Ami Organics recently announced contract with global MNC for manufacturing of electrolyte for battery cells. Fermion contract which will commercialise in FY25, has potential to become as big as the current size of the company. Foray into Semi-conductor industry with acquisition of Baba Fine Chem is also another growth lever which will push the growth in coming years.

Overall, all the growth levers are aligned, hangover of big seller is over, and J curve growth is expected from FY25 onwards.

Promoters buying stock at Rs. 1164 instils the confidence of better growth in coming years.
