Bliss GVS Pharma files suit for IPR infringement

The company had filed a suit in the High Court of Justice, Ghana

Bliss GVS Pharma Limited had filed a suit in the High Court of Justice, Ghana in its Commercial Division against the infringing party in connection with infringement of the company's registered trademark being illegally manufactured by the defendant.

 

Bliss GVS Pharma advocates have forwarded the certified true copy of the order issued by the High Court whereby ex-parte interim reliefs have been granted to the company and the Registrar has been ordered to seize the infringing products. In order to protect the interest of the company and its stakeholders, as well as in order to not affect the execution of the ex-parte order, the name of the defendant has been excised in this disclosure, while duly complying with extant laws.
