The Ambad unit located at Nashik, Maharashtra is operating on leave and license basis and is engaged in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical primary packaging such as Ampoules and Vials. The Company has received a notice from its landlord to vacate the said premises on or before April 1, 2025.

In view of the foregoing and to optimise the cost of production, the company has decided to shift the Ambad plant operations to its owned facility located at Bharuch in Gujarat. This will lead to the consolidation and optimization of the Company's operations related to the manufacturing of ampoules and vials.

The process of shifting is likely to be completed by end of March 2025. As it is merely shifting of operations from one location to another, there would be no impact on the turnover and net worth of the company.
