Torrent Pharmaceuticals to invest in Torrent Urja 27

Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd has entered into Share Subscription and Shareholders' Agreement (SSSA) to subscribe 26% equity shares of Torrent Urja 27 Private Limited for setting up captive hybrid (Solar + Wind) power project in the State of Gujarat. This investment is intended to enhance the share of renewable power sources in the operation of the Company.

Hemant Surgical Industries Ltd has received a purchase order from Central Medical Service Society, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Government of India) for supply of Ultraportable Handheld portable X-ray Machines along with its other utilities for a total consideration of Rs. 82.89 crore (inclusive of all taxes and duties).
