Cadila Healthcare Ltd had earlier announced about the signing of business transfer agreement and other ancillary agreements for sale and disposal of animal healthcare established markets undertaking of Zydus Animal Health and Investments Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Company to Zenex Animal Health India Private Limited.

The company had announced the expected date of completion of sale and disposal of the said undertaking is 90 days from the date of signing the Definitive Agreements.

The company has now announced that the transaction of sale and disposal is completed.
