Commenting on the results, Nirav K. Mehta, Managing Director & CEO, CORONA Remedies Limited, said: “We are pleased to announce another quarter of strong, consistent growth. Revenue grew 22.2% year-on-year in Q2FY27 and 22% in H1FY27, ahead of our stated guidance. Our domestic business grew at 22.9%, well ahead of the Indian Pharmaceutical Market (IPM) growth of 12%, and our chronic portfolio grew at nearly twice the rate of its market segment.
This outperformance reflects our disciplined execution and consistent focus on our long-term strategy. We remain committed to strengthening our core therapies, building powerful brands, driving operational excellence and investing in capabilities that will support our future growth.
The Indian pharmaceutical industry is underpinned by strong structural demand drivers. Backedby our diversified portfolio, established brands, expanding market reach and experienced leadership team, we are well positioned to capitalise on these opportunities and sustain our growth momentum.”
The company leadership attributed this record-setting quarter to exceptional execution across its diversified therapeutic segments, particularly in high-growth areas such as cardiometabolic health, gynecology, and critical care. Enhanced field force productivity and deepening distribution networks across both metro and tier-2 markets further amplified this revenue surge.
