CORONA Remedies receives EU-GMP certification for hormone facility

Accreditations for Bhayla manufacturing site strengthen the company’s global quality credentials and support expansion of its hormone portfolio into regulated international markets

CORONA Remedies Limited, an India-focused pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in Women’s Healthcare, Cardio-Diabeto, Pain Management and Urology therapies, has received European Union Good Manufacturing Practice (EU-GMP) Compliance Certification.

The certification is for its hormone manufacturing facility and renewed EU-GMP approval for its Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing facility at Bhayla, Ahmedabad.

The company said the approvals mark a significant milestone in strengthening its global manufacturing and quality credentials, reinforcing its commitment to international quality standards, scientific excellence and advanced manufacturing capabilities. 

According to the company, the certifications were achieved in a short timeframe, reflecting its quality-driven culture, robust compliance systems and operational excellence.

The development is expected to enhance CORONA’s position as a trusted global partner in hormone therapies and other therapeutic segments.

The Bhayla facility in Ahmedabad serves as one of the company’s key manufacturing hubs and has been central to its efforts to align production processes with global regulatory requirements.
