ekincare has launched elva.AI, a generative AI-powered assistant designed to handle employee healthcare queries instantly and efficiently. The tool aims to transform healthcare delivery by offering personalized, real-time support for services such as pharmacy, checkups, and reimbursements.
elva.AI significantly improves service response times, cutting the average to just 3 seconds. It also reduces support touchpoints by 50% and resolves 80% of customer queries without human involvement.
