GABIT acquires Swedish nutrition brand Nack to build integrated longevity ecosystem

  • By IPP Bureau | December 21, 2025

Full-stack longevity company GABIT has acquired clean, science-led nutrition brand Näck, tightening its push to move health from passive tracking to measurable improvement.

The acquisition brings together GABIT’s smart ring technology and AI-driven health coaching with Näck’s rigorously tested supplements, creating a single ecosystem where wellness is tracked, guided, and objectively measured in real time.

With Näck now part of the platform, GABIT is extending that data-driven approach directly into nutrition.

Born in Sweden, Näck takes its name from the Swedish word näck, meaning naked — a reflection of its philosophy of clean, transparent nutrition. Developed by a Swedish team, the brand formulates supplements aligned with recommended dietary allowances where applicable, carries Informed Choice certification, and tests every batch against more than 250 banned substances, earning trust from athletes and everyday consumers alike.

“Näck stands for nutrition that is simple, transparent, and rooted in science,” said Gaurav Gupta, Founder of GABIT. “At GABIT, we’ve always believed that health is interconnected. This acquisition is a natural next step, because the impact of what you put into your body should be just as measurable as how you move, sleep, recover, and live.

When supplements, diagnostics, and continuous tracking come together, health stops being vague and starts becoming measurable.”

By integrating Näck’s supplement portfolio into its platform, GABIT is positioning supplements not as standalone products, but as measurable interventions. Users will be able to see how specific supplements influence sleep, recovery, energy, and metabolic health over time. With this move, GABIT becomes the first health wearable company globally to launch its own line of supplements.

Today, GABIT’s ecosystem spans the smart ring, smart scale, continuous glucose monitoring integrations, and in-depth blood work, enabling users to track more than 150 health markers across sleep, recovery, nutrition, metabolism, stress, and long-term health trends — all in one place.

The combined system follows a closed loop: users track their health, identify gaps, use targeted supplements to address them, and then see the outcomes reflected directly in their data. The result is a tighter link between intention and impact.

“Good habits feel even better when they show up in your data,” said Arpana Shahi, Founder of GABIT. “Imagine taking a supplement for better sleep and actually being able to measure its effect on your deep sleep. Or adjusting your nutrition through supplements and seeing tangible changes in recovery, energy, or metabolic health. That’s the future of health we’re building.”
