Galderma, the pure-play dermatology category leader, is accelerating its expansion in the Asia-Pacific region with the rollout of its premium regenerative skincare brand, Alastin, across Japan and Asia Pacific (JPAC).
The brand has already launched in Taiwan and is set to debut in Japan, while regulatory approvals have been secured for Singapore and South Korea, where launches are planned for September and November, respectively.
The latest expansion follows Alastin's recent launches in China and Australia and reinforces Galderma's investment in one of the world's fastest-growing aesthetics markets.
Rising demand for injectable aesthetics and advanced skincare across the region is driving interest in integrated skincare solutions that support skin preparation, post-procedure recovery and long-term skin quality.
Alastin is designed to meet that demand with a portfolio of peri-procedural and daily skincare products that enhance the skin's natural regenerative abilities. The range is intended to support recovery and improve visible outcomes following popular aesthetic procedures, including energy-based device treatments and injectables.
At the core of select Alastin products is the company's proprietary TriHex Technology, which combines peptide components that help remove aged, damaged collagen and elastin while supporting the production of new, healthy collagen and elastin.
The latest innovation, Restorative Skin Complex with TriHex+, further supports the skin's natural production of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (HA) while enhancing collagen and elastin production to promote long-term skin longevity.
“Patients today expect skincare that goes beyond surface hydration. They seek products that support skin function, renewal, and long-term skin quality. I am pleased to offer Alastin because it complements aesthetic procedures by enhancing the skin's regenerative capacity, supporting recovery, and helping patients achieve healthier, more resilient, and naturally radiant skin," said Rieko Tsubouchi, Director, Ginza Skin Clinic, Japan.
Galderma said Alastin is among the industry's most extensively researched skincare brands, supported by more than 60 international dermatological publications and over 25 granted patents. In the United States, it is the leading peri-procedural skincare brand and remains one of the fastest-growing medical aesthetics skincare brands globally.
