HCG Cancer Hospital, Colaba, and Asian Cancer Institute (ACI)–Cumballa Hill Hospital have announced a strategic collaboration to strengthen access to comprehensive and integrated cancer care for patients in Mumbai and surrounding regions.

The partnership will combine the clinical expertise, infrastructure, technology and professional capabilities of both institutions to develop an integrated model covering cancer diagnosis, treatment planning and long-term patient care.

The collaboration will focus on multidisciplinary cancer treatment, tumour board-based decision-making, advanced surgical, medical and radiation oncology, precision and personalised treatment approaches, advanced diagnostics and pathology support, and improved access to specialised cancer technologies. 

It will also include patient navigation, coordinated care pathways, supportive and palliative care, survivorship services, clinical quality improvement, and academic and training initiatives.
