Informa Markets has announced the launch of Pharmapack Asia, a dedicated exhibition and conference focused on pharmaceutical packaging, drug delivery, and medical devices, marking the expansion of the globally recognised Pharmapack brand into the Asia-Pacific region.

The inaugural edition will be held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, on November 3–4, 2026, bringing together pharmaceutical manufacturers, packaging specialists, device developers, contract development and manufacturing organisations (CDMOs), suppliers, and solution providers to showcase innovations and foster collaboration across the pharmaceutical value chain.

Building on more than 25 years of success with Pharmapack Europe, the new event has been introduced to address the growing demand for a dedicated pharmaceutical packaging platform in Asia. Singapore was chosen as the host city due to its strategic position as a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing and innovation hub, offering access to Southeast Asia's expanding life sciences ecosystem and regional supply chains.

The two-day event is expected to attract more than 2,500 attendees, 120 exhibitors, and participants from over 40 countries. The conference programme will focus on emerging trends in pharmaceutical packaging, drug delivery systems, medical devices, sustainability, regulatory compliance, and supply chain innovation.

Discussions will feature experts from the pharmaceutical, packaging, and logistics sectors, covering topics such as supply chain resilience, sustainable packaging, cold chain logistics, procurement strategies, and next-generation drug delivery technologies. 

The exhibition will showcase solutions across primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, drug delivery devices, pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, contract manufacturing services, sterile packaging, labelling, and packaging design and development, supporting the production of increasingly complex and high-value medicines.

The conference agenda will also highlight patient-centric drug delivery, packaging innovation, sustainability initiatives, regulatory developments, and resilient pharmaceutical supply chains.

Confirmed speakers include representatives from Eli Lilly and Company, the National University of Singapore, Emball'Iso, the Transported Asset Protection Association, Meyer Seals, Biocon Biologics, SuppLexis, and MCC Label.
