Integrace Private Limited, a healthcare company with a presence in orthopaedics and women’s health, has appointed Bhaskar Iyer as Non-Executive Chairman, bringing more than four decades of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Iyer has held senior leadership positions at Abbott, AstraZeneca, Wockhardt and Glaxo India Limited, with experience spanning business growth, transformation and operations across India and the Asia-Pacific region.

He currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of RPG Life Sciences and Themis Medicare Limited.

The appointment comes shortly after Warburg Pincus acquired Integrace in July 2026, with the private equity firm partnering with the company's management to accelerate growth and expand its healthcare portfolio.

Narendra Ostawal, Managing Director and Head of India PE, Warburg Pincus, said Iyer's experience in healthcare operations and governance would be valuable as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Iyer's appointment strengthens the leadership team as Integrace seeks to build on its existing businesses in orthopaedics and women's health and develop into a broader healthcare platform.

The company is expected to leverage his experience across pharmaceutical and healthcare businesses as it works with Warburg Pincus to pursue its next phase of expansion in India.
