Lupin secures global Great Place To Work certification for 2026-27

Recognition across subsidiaries and geographies highlights pharma major’s focus on inclusive culture, employee experience, and global workforce development

Lupin Limited has earned the prestigious Great Place To Work® Certification for 2026-27, marking a significant milestone in its people and culture journey.

The recognition places Lupin among a select group of pharmaceutical companies to achieve the certification through a comprehensive global assessment spanning all subsidiaries and geographies. 

The certification, widely regarded as the gold standard in workplace culture and employee trust, was driven by strong employee engagement, with Lupin recording an impressive 85% participation rate in the study. The outcome reflects the company’s sustained efforts to foster an inclusive, values-led workplace where employees feel empowered and respected.

Commenting on the achievement, Yashwant Mahadik, President – Global Human Resources, Lupin, said the recognition reinforces the company’s commitment to building a culture that enables employees across markets to perform at their best while strengthening the overall workplace experience.

As per the company, it employs more than 24,000 professionals globally, and continues to invest significantly in talent development. In FY25, it allocated ₹40 billion towards employee benefits and logged over 1.25 million hours of employee training.
