Moraine will serve as OTSAW’s exclusive distributor in Japan, deploying the Camello+ autonomous mobile robot and TransCar autonomous guided vehicle to support hospital logistics
OTSAW, a Singapore-based leader in autonomous robotics and AI solutions, has entered into a strategic distribution agreement with Moraine Corporation to introduce its hospital automation robots across Japan’s healthcare sector.
Under the agreement, Moraine will serve as OTSAW’s exclusive distributor in Japan, deploying the Camello+ autonomous mobile robot (AMR) and TransCar autonomous guided vehicle (AGV) to support hospital logistics and address critical workforce challenges.
Through this partnership, OTSAW and Moraine aim to enhance operational efficiency, optimise resource management, and support Japan’s ageing population by automating routine hospital workflows. Moraine brings extensive market reach, with established access to more than 3,000 hospitals across the country.
Initial pilot deployments are planned for 2026 in select hospitals, with a broader nationwide rollout to follow. The collaboration marks a significant milestone in OTSAW’s international expansion strategy and underscores Moraine’s commitment to advancing automation and robotics within healthcare infrastructure.
Founded in 2015, OTSAW develops cutting-edge robotics and AI technologies for multiple sectors, including healthcare, disinfection, security, and last-mile delivery. The company’s expertise in outdoor autonomy, AI-enabled navigation, and robotic system integration empowers organisations to boost productivity, reduce labour dependency, and streamline facility operations.
By combining OTSAW’s innovation in intelligent robotics with Moraine’s deep market presence in Japan, the partnership aims to set new benchmarks in hospital automation and strengthen the future of smart healthcare delivery.
