PharmaForceIQ has acquired Aktana, merging its cutting-edge digital orchestration platform with the industry’s leading AI-driven field Next-Best-Action (NBA) platform. The deal creates the pharma industry’s first end-to-end “optichannel-in-a-box” solution, capable of going live in just 6–8 weeks.

The integration unifies brand and field strategy, drives executional alignment, and delivers immediate impact measurement. PharmaForceIQ’s modular, ML-powered platform will be combined with Aktana’s sophisticated AI core, promising long-term scalability and innovation across the combined platform.

The acquisition significantly expands PharmaForceIQ’s footprint in the U.S. and opens new markets in LATAM, APAC, and EMEA. It enhances field engagement with deeper predictive insights, helping sales and medical teams work smarter.

Aktana’s field NBA platform is powered by the Knowledge Nexus dataset, which includes 85+ validated use cases from over 100 million field suggestions and more than 5,000 executed tactics across twelve years. Its proven results include: 36% NBRx lift across clients, 19% sales performance increase following a competitor launch, and 20 minutes saved per rep daily in manual planning and logging.

PharmaForceIQ Chief Executive and Strategy Officer Hemal Somaiya said: "We're thrilled to add these new capabilities to deepen our orchestration engine, making PharmaForceIQ the industry's only end-to-end go-to-market customer engagement platform.

"We will scale our work even more quickly across clients and other global pharma companies, including making field teams even smarter and more effective alongside our existing features that improve marketing performance."

Derek Choy, PharmaForceIQ Head of Product, added: "This move will take our product to the next level, enabling best-in-class orchestration across both field and digital. Our unified platform helps teams understand their customers even more deeply, enabling them to predict, orchestrate, and measure personalized journeys across the right field, digital, and P2P channels."
