Natural Capsules Limited's shareholding will be reduced to 89.99%
Polson Tie-up have invested Rs. 6.26 crores in subsidiary company Natural Biogenex Private Limited, at a pre money valuation of Rs. 243.75 core.
The Board of Natural Biogenex Private Limited have considered and approved allotment of 5,57,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 112.50 per shares to Polson Tie-up Private Limited.
Post the above allotment, Natural Capsules Limited's shareholding will be reduced to 89.99% and other investors will be holding 10.01% in Natural Biogenex Private Limited.
