Seeds of Innocence launches Asia’s first at-home IVF platform

Seeds of Innocence has launched Asia’s first fully integrated Home IVF platform. Led by Dr. Gauri Agarwal, a gynaecologist and IVF specialist, the platform brings the fertility treatment process into patients’ homes.

India’s fertility rate has dropped to 1.9, below the replacement level of 2.1. Rising stress, delayed parenthood, and lifestyle factors have increased infertility cases. The Home IVF platform aims to address these issues by offering remote, clinically guided care. It also supports egg freezing and genetic counselling to reduce hereditary risks, especially for couples planning parenthood later in life.

The process begins with a teleconsultation to review medical history and diagnostics. A fertility specialist then creates a personalized plan, from natural conception to IUI or IVF. The platform includes prescriptions, test protocols, medication schedules, and progress tracking.

Trained healthcare workers visit patients’ homes to administer hormone injections. Ultrasounds are conducted at nearby clinics, and results are uploaded to the app. Doctors monitor remotely and adjust protocols. Patients use a safety kit with a BP monitor and menstrual calendar to record vital data.

The platform also covers male fertility, including at-home semen analysis and consultations for conditions like erectile dysfunction. An AI chatbot, Doctor IVF, provides 24/7 support. Self-insemination kits and ovulation tools are available on the website and Amazon, with expert guidance.

Automation handles over 90% of administrative tasks, allowing fertility experts to focus on care while reducing clinic visits.

A couple in West Champaran, Bihar, conceived twins through Home IVF without visiting a clinic, showing how the platform can reach underserved areas. It also supports urban couples and international patients through remote planning and less travel.

With IVF centres in Muscat, Oman, and Lusaka, Zambia, the platform extends Seeds of Innocence’s global reach. This launch establishes a digital fertility ecosystem focused on privacy, convenience, and clinical quality.
