Senores Pharmaceuticals is making an aggressive play for the lucrative US government supply market, announcing a strategic joint venture that could significantly reshape its global growth trajectory.

 

Its US arm, Senores Pharmaceuticals (SPI), has formally entered into a partnership through an Operating Agreement signed April 2, creating a new entity — Amerisyn. The move marks a decisive step in the company’s international expansion and opens the door to high-value federal and defense sector contracts.

 

The newly formed joint venture positions Senores to directly compete for US government procurement opportunities, including supplies for federal agencies, veterans affairs, and military contracts — segments known for strict entry barriers and long-term deal pipelines.

 

By leveraging the JV structure, Senores gains access to specialized credentials required to participate in national tenders, a strategic advantage that could accelerate its footprint in one of the world’s most tightly regulated pharmaceutical markets.
