Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited, a subsidiary of Innova Captab Limited, had earlier announced regarding fire incident that took place at Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited manufacturing facility on February 26, 2023, MIDC Area, Taloja, Panvel, Maharashtra. Due to the fire incident, the operations of Line II was suspended and subsequently stopped.

Now, Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited (material subsidiary of Company) has completed all the required processes for re-commencement of commercial operations of Line II of manufacturing facility and the commercial operations resumed from March 21, 2024 onwards.
