Shilpa Medicare Limited has announced that its material subsidiary, Shilpa Biologicals Private Limited, has successfully resolved a commercial dispute with Sartorius Stedim India Private Limited.

The resolution, finalized before the Commercial Court in Bengaluru, significantly reduces a long-standing contingent liability from the company's books.

By settling at less than half of the original claim, the company has cleared a major legal hurdle that had been impacting its financial sentiment.
