As per the agreement, NSE-listed Vaishali Pharma Limited will take over the entire domestic and international marketing of Jark Pharma’s portfolio of quality based ayurvedic products

Jark Pharma, manufacturer of ayurvedic products with a diversified range in healthcare, nutritional supplements, skincare, hygienecare, and herbal cosmetic range, and Mumbai-based Vaishali Pharma Limited, fastest growing organization and a leading exporter of pharma formulation products, have come together to form a unique partnership that will help both companies grow faster.

As per the agreement, NSE-listed Vaishali Pharma Limited will take over the entire domestic and international marketing of Jark Pharma’s portfolio of quality based ayurvedic products certified as per the GMP standards from Food & Drug Control Administration and of herbal cosmetics.

The manufacturer, Jark Pharma is well equipped with a hitech plant with a modern testing laboratory. Quality being the primary goal of our association; wherein quality measures are followed by research work with aid of modern laboratories and pilot plant unit containing state of the art equipment for testing and production of all ayurvedic products & herbal cosmetics and the marketing partner, wherein Vaishali Pharma, is a 30 years old pharmaceutical organization, entirely involved in international business marketing of pharmaceutical products along with nutraceutical products for domestic and international market. Vaishali Pharma holds altogether 300 brands in finished formulations, registered in the international market.
