Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Limited had been declared as the successful bidder of super specialty hospital located in Delhi.

The acquisition was under the SARFAESI Act 2002 through e-auction. The acquired hospital is a well-established hospital based out of Model Town, New Delhi offering all the high super specialty services.

The company have made the full and final payment to the Union Bank of India - SAM Branch Delhi and accordingly necessary formalities towards legitimate transfer of Assets in favour of the company is under process.
