AbbVie announced that the independent directors of the board have selected Roxanne S. Austin as lead independent director, effective July 1, 2024. Austin succeeds Glenn F. Tilton, who has served as lead independent director since 2013. Tilton will continue to serve on the AbbVie Board as an independent director.
