Agilus Diagnostics has appointed Vijender Singh as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), succeeding Dr. Anand K, who has resigned after nearly six years with the company to pursue opportunities outside the organisation.

The company said the Board and management thanked Dr. Anand K for his contributions to Agilus Diagnostics and wished him success in his future endeavors.

Singh brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning diagnostics, healthcare, consumer healthcare and FMCG. He has held several senior leadership roles focused on business growth, operational excellence, governance and organizational transformation.

Prior to joining Agilus Diagnostics, Singh served as Chairman and Managing Director of Diagnum Healthcare. 

He has previously held key leadership positions as Group CEO of Metropolis Healthcare, CEO of Healthians, and spent nearly a decade at Dr. Lal PathLabs, where he played a pivotal role in expanding one of India's leading diagnostics networks. 

His career also includes leadership assignments at Jashvik Capital, Ranbaxy Consumer Healthcare, Bausch & Lomb, and Blow Plast.
